This page explains how to request deletion of your IFA Wisdom account and associated personal data.
We are committed to respecting your privacy rights and providing you with control over your information.
1) Your Right to Delete Your Account
You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access:
- Your account and profile information
- Any personalized settings or preferences
- Subscription history and access to premium features
- Any saved or favorited content
2) How to Request Account Deletion

Required Information
Please include the following in your deletion request:
- The email address associated with your IFA Wisdom account
- Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
- Any additional context or concerns (optional)
3) What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:
- Account information: Email address, profile information, and authentication data
- User preferences: Language settings, personalization data
- Activity data: Usage history and analytics tied to your account
- Subscription data: Cached subscription status in our database
4) What May Be Retained
Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction records: Payment history may be retained for tax and accounting compliance as required by law
- Aggregated analytics: De-identified usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you
- Legal records: Information necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements
Third-Party Services
Please note:
- App Store subscriptions: You must separately cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions.
- RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase data managed by RevenueCat is subject to their data retention policies.
- Payment providers: Transaction data held by Apple or Google is subject to their respective privacy policies and retention requirements.
5) Processing Timeline
We will process your account deletion request within 30 days of receiving your email.
You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.
6) Subscription Cancellation
Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions.
To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription separately:
For iOS (Apple App Store)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select IFA Wisdom
- Tap Cancel Subscription
For Android (Google Play Store)
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon in the top right
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Select IFA Wisdom
- Tap Cancel subscription
7) Consequences of Deletion
⚠️ Important Notice:
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you will not be able to:
- Recover your account or any data
- Access previously purchased subscriptions or content
- Restore any personalized settings or preferences
If you wish to use IFA Wisdom again in the future, you will need to create a new account
and any premium features will require a new subscription purchase.
8) Data Portability (Optional)
Before deleting your account, you may request a copy of your personal data. Please include
"Data Export Request" in your email subject line if you would like to receive a copy of
your data before deletion.
9) GDPR & Privacy Rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions
with data protection laws, you have additional rights including:
- Right to access your personal data
- Right to rectify inaccurate data
- Right to restrict or object to processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to withdraw consent
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
