Welcome to IFA Wisdom Help & Support. Here you'll find answers to common questions and ways to get help.
1) Getting Started
Creating an Account
- You can use IFA Wisdom without creating an account to explore basic features.
- To access premium features and sync your data across devices, sign in using your preferred authentication method.
Navigation
- Home: Access daily insights, browse Odu Ifa wisdom, and explore content.
- Library: View and manage your saved files for offline access.
- Community: Access your offline saved content.
- Settings: Manage your account, preferences, language, and theme.
2) Subscriptions
Premium Membership
- Unlimited Access: Premium members get unlimited access to all content, including Odu Ifa wisdom, insights, and resources.
- Offline Access: Save files for offline viewing.
- Ad-Free Experience: Enjoy the app without interruptions.
Managing Your Subscription
- iOS: Manage your subscription in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
- Android: Manage your subscription in Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
- Web: Contact support for subscription management assistance
Restoring Purchases
If you've purchased a subscription on another device:
- Go to Settings
- Tap on your subscription card
- Select "Restore Purchases"
3) Account Management
Changing Language
IFA Wisdom supports English and Spanish:
- Go to Settings → Preferences
- Toggle the language switch between EN and ES
Changing Theme
- Go to Settings → Preferences
- Toggle between Light and Dark mode
Deleting Your Account
To delete your account and all associated data:
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
- Note: You cannot delete your account while you have an active subscription. Please cancel your subscription first.
4) Offline Access
Saving Files for Offline Use
- Premium members can save content for offline viewing
- Tap the save icon on any content you want to access offline
- Access your saved files in the Library or Community section
Managing Saved Files
- View all your saved files in the Library
- Swipe or long-press to delete files you no longer need
5) Troubleshooting
Common Issues
Subscription not showing after purchase
- Make sure you're signed in with the same account used for purchase
- Try using "Restore Purchases" in Settings
- Restart the app and check again
Content not loading
- Check your internet connection
- Close and reopen the app
- Make sure you're running the latest version of the app
Cannot delete account
- Ensure you've canceled any active subscriptions first
- Wait 24-48 hours after canceling before attempting to delete
